2 teams are promoted to Div 1; the top team gets an automatic promotion.
If 2nd and 3rd are in the same conference, then the 2nd team gets automatically
promoted, however if 2nd and 3rd are in different conferences, then the
two teams play-off for the 2nd promotion place.
Thames Valley beat Leeds 3-1 in the play-off and secure promotion to Division 1.
Relegation
3 teams are automatically relegated to Div 3, with the 4th from bottom
place playing a play-off against the winner of the triangular match between
the 3 2nd places teams in the 3 Div 3's. Makes sense...?
