Milton Keynes since birth

Profile:
Andreas started playing volleyball for Milton Keynes as a junior and soon progressed through the ranks into the National League squad...the only player in the current squad to have done so.

Andreas used to be an outside hitter until 2001, where a squad re-shuffle saw Andreas leap to greater things through the middle. His debut in the middle for Milton Keynes came against Liverpool City (Div 1), some baptism of fire! Andreas has come on leaps and bounds. During the 05/06 season, a further re-shuffle has seen Andreas move into a more regular universal position to fill the gap left my Tim Daun's departure.

His nickname, "Fruity", is in reference to his inane ability to stroll up to a fruit machine and empty it of its contents, mainly after Toby has filled it up!!!
